Bishop’s Waltham Gardening Club became a registered charity (Registration Number 1118069) on 22nd February 2007. The Club migrated to an association CIO (Charity Incorporated Organisation) during March 2017.

The Annual General Meeting of the club is normally held on the fourth Wednesday in January each year. For 2024 this will be held on 24th January.
